A cyborg, as well as a self-taught medical researcher with an extensive knowledge of the rather-not-known. Creed's brilliantly skilled in medicine and the sciences, but he's long since retired from his previous occupation in favor of making a new, safer life for himself; one that he can actually enjoy and be proud of.
Knowledge aside, he's a generally stand-offish person with a well-maintained-yet-short-temper and an intolerance for stupidity. Care and concern are feelings that are reserved for friends and those he loves.
Creed's younger sister, and only remaining blood relative aside from their father. She'd been wandering around the states on her own for a while, until she was found by Alpha's crew, who offered her safety and protection if she decided to join them. That was when she began working as a soldier; Cross couldn't stand the people she was around but, having nowhere else to go, she forced herself to stay, putting up an act of being introverted and naive so that she could be left alone. When the whole kidnapping fiasco started up, she was able to escape with Snake and the others.
Now she spends most of her time worrying over her brother and practicing her new telekinetic abilities, surrounded by people she's come to see as a family.
A 21 year old punk rock wannabe from New Jersey, Charlie grew up in a troubled household and faced a lot of neglect. He turned to extreme outfits and mischievous behavior, pulling pranks and displaying histrionic tendencies in hopes to gather attention to himself. He is selfish and attention-starved, but simultaneously is very affectionate and protective of those around him. Despite his unhygienic and grimy appearance, he actually is very chivalrous towards women.
Charlie has a history of getting mixed up with the wrong crowds. He turned to Alpha for protection from the feral outbreak once he gained his power of creating holograms from his imagination- powerfully realistic images that can be seen and heard, but not touched. He turned to hallucinogenics like LSD to improve his imagination and thus his power's potency, but the drugs made him randomly lose control of his powers. Thus, he was kicked out of Alpha, and left to wander in the wastelands.
He is bisexual with a preference towards women. He is extremely protective of his prized leather jacket, and is self-conscious about a nip piercing that he regrets. At heart, he's just an innocent kid who wants to be noticed and loved, and his efforts get him into trouble.
Born in London, Simon Gales was raised as an assassin in a secret group called Apocrita. Apocrita was a team of assassins that worked for bounties to target human-trafficking tycoons, mafia leaders, and drug lords throughout Europe and parts of America (Snake was transferred to Penn). After being set up by Aaron into accidentally killing Hans Leroy, Apocrita’s leader and Simon’s father figure, Simon was set to be executed. Though he was brutally tortured with acid, he escaped, and turned himself into prison as a form of hiding from those in Apocrita set on killing him. In prison he befriended Percy, and later received the infection that granted him two venomous fangs. Taking it as an opportunity for redemption and self-esteem-boosting, he changed his name to Snake, and broke out of prison with Percy to escape the chaos that swept over Greeney.
Snake is an arrogant, dramatic, argumentative, and masochistic man. Simultaneously, he is incredibly loyal to the few that earn his trust, and is a romantic. He has a large fondness for the arts, especially classical music of any sorts, and enjoys books (he never had the chance to enjoy them when he was young). With all the chaos in his life, he is a man who simply wants a much quieter, much simpler lifestyle. PTSD from his tortures plagues him, and after an in-canon fight with Aaron, he has lost his right arm. Recent tortures have also caused Snake to lose his ring finger, and have several lacerations to his groin. Snake copes with his PTSD with alcohol, a problem he has been struggling with since he was released from prison.
He is currently engaged to Creed Kronos.
Born and raised in Georgia, Percy lived a life full of scams and schemes until getting caught committing business fraud landed him in prison. Using his tact and bargaining skills, he managed to pull Simon- an assassin who he believed could help him escape- out of solitary confinement. The two became friends, and soon, managed to break out of prison together.
But as Greeney became enveloped by sickness, Percy found himself horrendously ill, and soon realized that no matter what he did, the illness did not fade; it would only bring those around him to collapse coughing once they inhaled the noxious fumes that poured from his mouth and nose. In his scavenging across Greeney, he built himself a “reverse gas mask” that allowed him to control the amount of fumes that emitted from his lungs. He turned his illness into a weapon.
Percy was merely 50, but his sickness has physically aged him further. He used manipulation to survive despite his physical weakness: he manipulated Snake into guarding him, and manipulated the survivor group into trusting him, only to betray them in the end. Outcasted and left for dead, he was eventually discovered by Jeanette, whose troops shot and killed him.
It has been mentioned that Percy has a long history of luring women into sexual relations with him, and then killing them for their money; thus makes his reasons for arrest horribly ironic.
A childhood friend of Creed's, Elliot went into a coma around the age of twenty-three and was on bed rest for a few months. The outlook was bleak, but Creed stayed by his friend's side hoping for the best, all the while vowing to find a way to help him if his doctors couldn't. In the end, Elliot gained enough consciousness to ask his friend for a final favor, and with his death came a weight of guilt and frustration that always seems to have pressed down on Creed's shoulders.
The young man now acts as a ghostly guardian for the cyborg, as well as the rest of the group, and tends to take the form of a wounded crow.
